El Chicano parta en dos cantinas

From a veteran of the license-plate burrito:

Word on the street is that El Chicano's has been sold to a local fisherman and will be remade into a large bar called The Highliner.

Further intelligence reveals the Mexican restaurant and cantina will be split into two bars, with one smoking, one smoke-free. That's interesting.... Because as much as I like Tony's, the smoke-eaters really aren't working that well, and I could be tempted away, especially if "The Highliner" served some spiffy bar food.

And yes, what does this mean for the Loch Ness Monster of Kodiak rumors: Taco Bell? It appears Subway Dan still can't talk someone into taking the four-month Taco Bell University course and/or sign on for at least a year.
