Very cool! I take it this is in Kodiak? I'm down in Southeast, and we were just talking today about how they could use some of these on the island.
Yep, on the hill overlooking downtown. I shot this from the downtown boat harbor. If these three turbines work out, we'll be getting another three in a couple years. This is the first time I've seen all three turning. Installation was complete just a couple weeks ago, and they're still in shakedown mode.
If I lived on a place with a creek I could make all the power I need. And wouldn't give a damn if anyone else had any or not. :-)
