The Seatrade Pacific reefer ship has been sitting at anchor off Kodiak for a few days. She's sitting pretty high in the water, which leads me to believe she hasn't been loaded yet. Well, that and the fact that if it were loaded, it'd be underway, right? Check out the lifeboat in the picture below. It's the orange submarine-looking thing sitting an an angle above the stern. Same kind that I've seen on offshore oil and gas platforms.
